The National Energy Board and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans are soliciting comments from the public on the scope of the environmental assessment on a proposal by Hydro One Delivery Services Inc. (HODS) to construct and operate an international power line between Canada and the United States across Lake Erie.  The project is referred to as the Lake Erie Link.
