OTTAWA, March 10, 2005 Media representatives are advised that the Honourable Bryon Wilfert, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of the Environment, Stéphane Dion, will deliver a speech to the International Association of Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Mayors on Friday, March 11, 2005. Mr. Wilfert will address issues concerning the federal and municipal governments' involvement in the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence River.
